Christie’s will offer an 18.72-carat diamond ring at its upcoming New York sale, where it is set to fetch up to $500,000.
The pear modified brilliant-cut, light-brown-pink, SI2-clarity diamond ring will headline the March 24 to April 2 Jewels Online auction, Christie’s said Monday. The company will exhibit the lots at its headquarters in the Rockefeller Center between March 27 and 31.
The sale consists of 197 lots, many by well-known designers such as Bulgari, Cartier, David Webb, and Van Cleef & Arpels. Christie’s will also present the private collection of a distinguished family, containing 51 lots that span antique jewels to 1970s designs, including eight David Webb pieces the family purchased in 1967, the auction house said.
