Nicole Clayton will join Pandora as general manager of the British Isles region, succeeding Sonia Lopez Delgado.
Clayton has considerable experience at globally recognized consumer goods and fashion brands, Pandora said Thursday. Most recently, she was global chief digital officer for Nestlé-Nespresso in Switzerland. She has also served as CEO of the Americas for fashion denim brand G-Star and as global vice president at American footwear company Caleres.
“[Clayton’s] expertise in leadership, building high-performance teams and driving transformative change makes her the perfect fit for Pandora,” said Pandora chief commercial officer Massimo Basei. “She has extensive experience from leading consumer brands, and I am confident that she will bring fresh energy and valuable insights to the team as they continue to elevate our brand’s desirability and drive growth.
The new hire will begin her position on April 1.
