The Women’s Jewelry Association (WJA) has named four new members to its board of directors for 2025.
The new members will support the association’s next chapter of growth, bringing a collective wealth of expertise and a shared commitment to advancing women in the jewelry and watch industry, the organization said Tuesday.
Jacqueline Cassaway, who previously served as president of the WJA, will return as past president. She joined the WJA in 2018, and has held various positions on its board since.
“It is my privilege and honor as a past president of the [WJA] to serve once again as an international board of directors officer,” said Cassaway. “[I look forward to] supporting WJA’s mission and vision of women’s advancement and professional development within the jewelry and watch industries.”
Nicole Fein will take on the role of communications chair. Currently serving as senior vice president of marketing at Kwiat and Fred Leighton, she has also worked on marketing strategies for the Natural Diamond Council (NDC). Meanwhile, Robyn Fields will become secretary and membership chair. With over 25 years in the industry, she has experience in both wholesale and retail. She is the vice president of sales at Goldstar Jewelry in New York.
Laurie Watt, who has served on several local WJA boards, will become vice president of chapter affairs. She is the co-owner of Mayer & Watt, which deals in fine gemstones.
Robert Goldberg, Melissa Rodgers, Donna DeLucia, Tanya Parikh and Lotanna Amina Okpukpara will continue to serve on the board.
